The main focus is to assist minimize humongous armed conflicts ravaging humanity, ranging from civil wars and armed insurgency to international wars. Recently, another dimension has been added, which is terrorism. The result of all these wars, the massive human misery triggered by the refugee explosions, that attend this conflict has become a great constant challenge to both states, regions and the world. The problem here is not just that of assisting the refugees and the internally displaced persons themselves, but that of supporting their economically fragile, and not so politically stable host communities so as to be able to deal with their presence.

Our professionals have been known to possess six (6) traits of personal professionalism as a point of departure for those who want to improve their performance. They are character, attitude, engagement, competency in vocational skill, image and continuous improvement.
